About Us and How You Can Help

The GiftofKindness.com initiative was started by a husband and wife team initially as just a fun way to do good in their local area. It is a faith based program that aims to encourage others to treat each other with respect, kindness and compassion.

In the few years since the program began, it has grown leaps and bounds... pretty much on it's own. It started as small experiment and has grown into a global network of partners in kindness. We now average over 1000 requests each week for Kindness Cards and Kindness Flyers from people all over the globe. Our free inspirational newsletter is now subscribed to by over 15,000 people from almost every part of the world.

The program has been primarily funded by the personal finances of the founders (until we find a corporate partner.. know any?) however we could use your help to keep it going. Each packet we send cost us about $1.25 (when you average the cost of printing and postage to both domestic and international addresses).

Obviously, this can get to be costly for us so we are asking for your help. If you feel it in your heart to help, please know that 100% of any donation will go to sending cards to those who request them.

Postage is by far our largest expense so any support with postage stamp donations is extremely helpful.

While donations are appreciated, our greatest hope is that you will participate in the program and share the Gift of Kindness with others.
